Full terms and conditions:
Promoter and data controller: Sazerac Ireland, 21 Gilford Road, Sandymount, Dublin, D04H668 Ireland.
- This Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, of its subsidiaries, of other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion may not enter.
- Purchase is not required.
- Email address and internet access are required.
- Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 on 20 June 2025 and 23:59 on 20 July 2025. Any entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.
- To participate: During the Promotion Period, scan the QR code on posters and promotional materials in participating venues, complete the entry form with your name and email address and select your desired county from the drop-down menu of 34 GAA county teams on the entry form. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the relevant prize draw.
- Maximum one entry per person per week.
- Prizes: Fifteen home county jerseys to be won. Participants will win the county jersey they selected from the drop-down menu on entry. Please see clause 13 for further Prize details.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferrable and may not be sold or auctioned.
- It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

- Winner selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw which will be conducted by using a random number generator function on all valid entries under the supervision of an independent person within one working day of the end of the Promotion Period. Fifteen provisional winners and twenty reserves will be selected.
- Winner notification: The provisional winners will be notified by email to the contact details associated with the winning entry within one working day of the winner selection. The provisional winners must respond within five working days of the date of first notification, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility and including a copy of their passport or drivers licence (or other government issued form of photographic identification which includes the winner's name and date of birth), and providing a postal address within the Republic of Ireland, at which point the winner will be confirmed. Failure to comply with this timeframe, or failure to provide evidence of compliance with these terms and conditions will result in that provisional winner being disqualified. In this event, the Promoter will contact the next available reserve in the same manner and with the same timeframe and verification requirements to be verified as a winner. After approaching two reserves in relation to a specific prize, or if there are no remaining reserves to be contacted, the Promoter shall not be obliged to approach any additional reserves and shall be entitled to withdraw that prize and allocate it as the Promoter sees fit. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
- Further Prize details:
- Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
- All prizes will be sent by post or by courier to arrive within 28 days of winner verification.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
- Entries made from trade, syndicates or consumer groups will not be accepted. No entries (bulk or otherwise) from trade, agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, or using other means to create bulk entries, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is hiding their identity by using multiple email accounts, manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel any prize claimed by that entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Privacy: The Promoter will collect personal information from entrants for the purposes of administering this Promotion and will share this personal information with its marketing agency who will be assisting with the administration of the Promotion and fulfilling the prize. Personal data of entrants will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant specifically opts in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data in this manner. The Promoter is bound by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended) and all applicable laws and holds personal data in accordance with the terms set out in its privacy policy, available at https://www.sazerac.ie/cookie-notice/. Entrants' personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be securely destroyed. The Participant has the right to access and rectify their personal data and, insofar as applicable, the right to request the deletion of their data and the right to object to the processing of their data. If an entrant exercises any of these rights, it may affect their ability to participate in the Promotion. The participant may exercise these rights or ask any question relating to the management of their personal data by contacting the Promoter by email to the following address: winwithpaddywhiskey@werequantum.co.uk. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their personal data as described here.
- Privacy -- winner details: The names and regions of the winner will be available by sending an email to winwithpaddywhiskey@werequantum.co.uk with "Paddy Whiskey Football Shirt OnTrade Winners" in the subject header to arrive between 15 September and 30 November 2025. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
- Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
- The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services.
- If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable to compensate the entrant or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst participating in the promotion, except where such personal liability is caused by the Promoter's own negligence.
- No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
